Cancellation policy
It is free to cancel in time.
1-27 Nights:
Rooms or apartments booked from 1 up to 27 nights can be cancelled timely until the day before arrival at 11:00am.
By late cancellation the customer must pay for 1 night, according to the current price list.
By default (no show) the customer must pay for 1 night, according to the current price list.
All cancellations must be in writing pr. e-mail.
28+ Nights:
Rooms or apartments booked for more than 28+ nights can be cancelled in correct time until 7 days before arrival at 11:00am.
Example: A reservation for a room for 9 nights with arrival March 10th. can be cancelled timely until 11:00 am March 3th.
By late cancellation the customer must pay for 7 nights, according to the current price list.

When booking several rooms and apartments.
(Group bookings)
If a customer has booked more than 2 rooms or apartments in the same period the reservations can be cancelled timely until 7 days before arrival at 11:00 am.
By late cancellation the customer must pay number of nights according to the above policy, however minimum 3 nights, according to the current price list. If the reservation is for 3 days or less, the customer pays the full reservation.
